Tours and excursions:

Tour and excursion bookings have to be fully paid either cash in direct contact with Maleyna Tours and Safaris upon arrival, or via bank transfer one week in advance. Any fees charged by banking institutions will be on the clients account.

Cancellations:

Cancellations of already booked and paid tours, must be made in writing and is not effective until it has been received and acknowledged.

Cancellation of the services are subject to 50% charge after initial booking confirmation.

Any fees charged by banking institutions during refund process, will be for the clients account.

Safari:
Safari bookings have to be paid via bank transfer. Any fees charged by banking institutions will be for the clients account. 50% of the total amount has to be paid 2 months before arrival. The remaining amount is due one month before arrival.

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made in writing and is not effective until it has been received and acknowledged. Cancellation fees are applied to the tour price.

> 30 Days: no fee applies
15 - 29 Days: 50% is held as cancellation
0- 15 Days: 75% is held as cancellation

Any fees charged by banking institutions during refund process, will be for the clients account.

Once bookings are finalized and payments received you will get a payment receipt via email.
